Just wanted to put the word out since this was confirmed today. It's a FREE 2 1/2 hour seminar (9:30am-12pm) for those involved with not-for-profits. Help spread the word to folks doing good work in the NFP community.
Our Workplace Performance Seminars provide participants with specific examples and practical strategies to achieve their objectives and enhance time management skills. After attending our seminars, clients identify ways to engage efficiently and effectively with their work.
During this short presentation, I'll be able to touch on some of the best practices of effective priority-setting, time management and workplace performance. A way to give back to the Bay Area community, we're presenting this seminar free of charge to anyone who can make it! Please help spread the word.
Each segment of the seminar incorporates a lecture-style sharing of best practices, a formal group discussion and individualized activities based on work style and personal preferences. We will debrief each process, focusing on specific examples and end each session with a general question and answer period. The intention of each piece of the program is to provide ideas incorporated with implementation plans for organizational and performance success.
