Ok, every now and then I find a piece of gear that is "really, really cool!" Recently, I picked up the Garmin 305 - a wrist-sized computer that tracks each of outdoor workouts in great detail.

For those of you are looking to get serious about your health/wellness now that summer is underway (and remember, all the habits you build over the next 8 weeks will carry you through the beginning months of winter!) consider adding a piece of gear that keeps you engaged.
